His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi said that “On World Arabic Language Day, we join the international community in celebrating this occasion and extend our congratulations to our scientific, academic, and cultural communities in Iraq ,as well as this expresses our deep pride in the rich cultural heritage and ever-renewing creative potential of our timeless Arabic language, whose eloquent power and fertile semantic structures resonate with the miracle of the Holy Quran”.

Dr. Al-Aboudi added that “This significant moment coincides with our historic decision to establish the College of Excellence for Arabic Language and Literature at the University of Kufa”. 

His Excellency continued by saying that “We believe it to be a fundamental pillar of our academic project, a vital contributor to sustainable cultural awareness, and a responsible path toward strengthening the global standing of our universities through pioneering achievements realized for the first time in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research”.
