The Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abd Al-Hussein Al-Moussawi extends his deepest condolences to the Iraqi people, the Islamic nation, and the academic community on the anniversary of the Arba'een of Imam Hussein (PBUH).

Dr. Abd Al-Hussein Al-Moussawi said that drawing inspiration from the lessons of this commemoration, we find a path to truth and dignity, the uprising of Imam Hussein (PBUH) will remain an eternal beacon of justice and reform, guiding our values and academic vision in establishing integrity and scientific rigor, harnessing knowledge and scientific research to serve humanity and the nation, and continuing reform and development to build a better future for our youth.

We ask God to protect Iraq and its people, and to guide our university community on the path of knowledge and contribution.
