The Acting Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abd Al-Hussein Al-Mussawi said that “Based on our national and societal responsibility at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, we strive to ensure that our universities serve humanity first and foremost in this context, we are pleased to announce the establishment of two Professional Higher Diploma in Autism Spectrum Disorder) programs: the first at the Iraqi University in cooperation with the Psychological Research Center, and the second at Imam Jaafar Al-Sadiq University”.
Dr. Al-Mussawi added that these programs aim at preparing specialized professionals and empower families with the latest scientific methods.
His Excellency demonstrated that investing in human capital is our cornerstone for building a sustainable society that guarantees comprehensive care and a dignified life for all our children.
