During his opening remarks, Deputy of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for Administrative Affairs, Prof. Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Al-Jumaili emphasized that leading academic institutions has become an art based on strategic planning, good governance, crisis management, and partnership building.



Prof. Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Al-Jumaili reviewed that the program represents a crucial step towards preparing university leaders capable of leading digital transformation, adopting artificial intelligence tools, and achieving quality and sustainability standards.



The Deputy said that universities are the fundamental starting point for human development and societal advancement, and the primary source of qualified personnel for state institutions.



Prof. Dr. Adnan Ibrahim Al-Jumaili added that this pioneering role can only be achieved with leaders possessing foresight, social intelligence, and leadership skills, capable of transforming challenges into promising opportunities for scientific and intellectual investment.


The Deputy highlighted that the program's themes outline a strategic roadmap to enable educational institutions to reach the ranks of distinguished international universities.



For their part, the participants in the course will receive lectures on strategic leadership, corporate governance, statistical principles, crisis management, risk management, partnerships with the private sector in the energy field, the role of banks in promoting entrepreneurship among university graduates, leading digital transformation, academic quality, and the developmental role and innovation in enhancing government services.
