Considering on the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's commitment to strengthen cooperation with the Ministry of Health and enhance integration between the two Ministries to serve the public interest and elevate the State of medical and health education in Iraq, Minister of Health Dr. Abd Al-Hussain Al-Moussawi approved a package of measures to support university student training.

Higher Education reviewed these measures include approving the cancellation of fees collected from public university students in disciplines covered by summer training at train sites within the Ministry of Health's departments, as it is the competent authority for facilitating student training.

The Deputy of the Ministry of Higher Education for Scientific Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Abd Dhahd, commended this step, which embodies the depth of cooperation and integration between the two Ministries. 

Prof. Dr. Haider Abd Dhahd emphasized the two Ministries' shared commitment to support the educational process and provide a suitable training environment for students, thus contributing to the development of competent healthcare professionals who meet the demands of the labor market and serve the health sector in the country.
