During the graduation ceremony, Acting His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Hallo Al Askari honored the fifth graduating class of students from Al-Alamein Institute for Postgraduate Studies in Najaf.

Dr. Hallo Al Askari emphasized that obtaining advanced degrees and certificates represents a significant achievement for students and a national asset embodied in minds capable of contributing to the development, decision-making, address challenges, and provide State institutions with sound scientific expertise. 

His Excellency added that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research continues to dedicate itself to scientific rigor and academic excellence by adopting and updating programs in universities, colleges, and institutes, as well as enabling these institutions to achieve their goals at the academic level and ensure their continued presence in the arenas of global academic evaluation and competition.

Dr. Hallo Al Askari honored a number of Ph.D., Master's and Diploma graduates, and toured Al-Alamein Institute for Graduate Studies, and was briefed on its educational environment in the departments of Law, Political Science, Media and Accounting.

His Excellency praised the work of its faculty members, staff and students in presenting theses and dissertations that would enrich the various academic fields.

It is significant to mention that the ceremony was attended by the Governor of Najaf, the Head of the Najaf Provincial Council, several members of Parliament, former Ministers, university presidents, and representatives of the Bahr Al-Uloom Charitable Foundation.
