Department of Technical Affairs, merged Ministry of Science and Technology conducted a study on activating the agricultural greenhouses to produce agricultural crops in non-seasons. The study reviewed mechanical mechanisms of creating greenhouses, implementing the movement of jars where they take the metal arch and planted it in the soil tightly with equal distances, before the plastic envelope is pulled from a special role and spreading it over the metal arches and tensing it with the help of rubber tires and finally firming the cover after put the soils on the edges of the plastic cover. The study aimed at increasing the agricultural production of Iraq and methods to reach self-sufficiency with lower costs and good agricultural crops.
