Higher Education Preparing to Organize (Data Makers) Camp to Develop Skills of Alpha Generation in Data Science & Artificial Intelligence

In cooperation with the College of Excellence at the University of Baghdad, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research is preparing to organize the (Data Makers) training camp for the 12-17 age group, as well as this initiative, overseen by the Office of the Deputy for Scientific Research Affairs, reflects the Ministry's commitment to develop the capabilities of emerging generations and prepare them for the demands of the future.
Higher Education reviewed that the College of Excellence conducted interviews with students applying to participate in the camp to select those who will undergo an intensive training program from August 9 to 20, 2026, the program, offered free of charge, provides participants with the opportunity to acquire advanced skills in data science, artificial intelligence, analytical thinking, and problem-solving.
It is significant to mentioned that organizing this camp aligns with the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's directives to support quality initiatives aimed at building digital capabilities, fostering a culture of innovation among young people, and empowering them to keep pace with technological advancements and labor market demands, the goal is to prepare a generation equipped with the tools of the future and capable of contributing to development and knowledge creation.
