During honoring President of the University of Information Technology and Communication (ITC), Dr. Abbas Mohsin Al-Bakri by Korean Agency for International Cooperation in the South Korean Embassy to Baghdad. Dr. Al-Bakri said that the award was obtained for the best research for 2018 among a group of researches around the world. Dr. Al-Bakri added that the research reviewed the optimal implementation of information technology to manage sectors with the lowest number of human resources.
