During  the first meeting regarding the National Open Government Data Portal, that chaired by the official spokesperson and Director of Media and Government Communication, Dr. Hayder Al-Aboudi  who reviewed the approved frameworks for data dissemination and ensuring its accuracy and quality.

Dr. Hayder Al-Aboudi addressed the statistical indicators planned for publication on the portal to facilitate access to government data and enable researchers and entrepreneurs to utilize it regularly.

For their part, the participating committee members from various departments within the ministry discussed ways to enhance transparency, improve services, and adhere to legal standards that support digital transformation and strengthen institutional performance.

It is worth mentioning that the National Open Government Data Portal is the first official Iraqi platform to provide verified data published by ministries and government institutions.
