During a participation in the Fulbright Program to develop faculty members; capacities, United States, College of Oil and Gas Engineering, Basra University for Oil and Gas reviewed the program of .developing the competencies of the faculty members according to their specialties, delivering theoretical and practical lectures on the management and methods of modern teaching as well as laboratory management and mechanisms of dissemination of scientific research besides developing the psychology of communication between the faculty members and students.
The lecture aimed at developing the potential in the field of teaching, keeping pace with the scientific developments in international universities and providing harmonization in the Iraqi academic environment.
