Department of Scientific Affairs, University of Information Technology and Communication organized a workshop on inaugurating data banks in Iraqi universities. The workshop reviewed the importance of the data banks in developing assessment tools, improving the quality of questions, using new questions, providing faculty members with plenty of questions that carry new ideas and providing self-learn for students. The workshop highlighted the two systems of data banks; the open and closed questions systems as well as reviewing the important factors and procedures for the success and continuity of the banks of data in Iraqi universities like other advanced countries.
