During chairing a meeting of senior staff, acting His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Abd Yaser Al-Aboudi, Dr. Helo Al-Askari emphasized the importance of strengthening institutional performance and integration, which contributes to the quality of the educational process and the effectiveness of academic and scientific services provided to the community.

Dr. Al-Askari expressed his pride in being entrusted with managing the affairs of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, in addition to his duties at the Ministry of Environment, by decree issued by the Prime Minister's Office.

His Excellency reviewed the interventions of senior staff members at the Ministry headquarters, as well as stressing the need to enhance the effectiveness of institutional performance in light of the achieved digital transformation, strengthen adherence to quality indicators and academic accreditation, support productive scientific research, and develop knowledge growth frameworks to ensure the integrity of the educational system, its alignment with global standards, and scientific sustainability.

Dr. Al-Askari highlighted the importance of teamwork, assuming and managing responsibilities in accordance with legal powers, and dealing with challenges as opportunities for development, contributing to achieve he aspirations of society, and enhancing confidence in higher education institutions and their public services.
