College of Nursing, University of Baghdad organized a symposium on the psychological effects of obesity of children.
The symposium, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, included delivering a lecture on the obesity problems during childhood and psychological impacts as well as the diseases that caused by obesity.
The symposium recommended following up healthy diet and increasing the physical activity as well as adopting awareness programs to encourage children to follow healthy diet.
