During a meeting with the ambassadors of Iraq to Netherlands and Turkey, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Abdul Razzaq Abdul Jalel Al-Esa reviewed providing support for Iraqi scholars in the universities of the two countries.
His Excellency also reviewed the importance of providing the needs to support Iraqi scholars at the Turkish and Dutch Universities as well as expanding the horizons of academic cooperation via investing the experiences of the two countries to develop higher education sector in Iraq.
