Department of Environment and Water, merged Ministry of Science and Technology delivered a lecture on detecting the climate change in the marshes.
The lecture, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed addressing problems due to environmental conditions changing such as desertification, shrinking vegetation, frequent heavy dust storms, prolonged droughts, low precipitation rates and severe heat waves.
