Department of Environment and Water, merged Ministry of Science and Technology delivered a lecture on tracking of the molecular source and its sub-classification.
The lecture reviewed methods of diagnosing microorganisms, accelerate detection and control of the microorganism causing the epidemic and thus reduce the human and economic losses and reduce the spread of the epidemic from place to place.
The lecture also reviewed impending (RT-PCR PFGE Whole Genome Sequencing) method that helps in providing quick diagnosing of single gene and phylogeny.
