College of Agriculture and Marshes, University of Thi-Qar organized a symposium on the normal diagnosing via technique of PCR in improving the nutritional value of hay feed.
The symposium included delivering a lecture on using micro-techniques and genetic engineering in the diagnosis, isolation and stabilization of organisms which is important in the detection of genotypes.
It is worth mentioning that the lecture reviewed three modern techniques of PCR-RAPD, PCR-IGS and PCR-IT’S for diagnosis.
