A master's dissertation was discussed in the College of Biotechnology, University of Al-Nahrain on the molecular evaluation of staphylococcus bacteria and the receptor for tulle-like in a sample of Iraqi patients with rhinitis by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Namariq Karim Kashash. The dissertation highlighted the relation between multiple genotypes in the gene encoding a tulle-like receptor as an influencing factor for chronic allergic disease in the Iraqi community. The dissertation demonstrated the change in the protein amino acid sequence is the result of a change in the genotype and an increase in the effectiveness of the protein, which causes an increase in the severity of infection for smokers in particular.
