College of Basic Education, University of Misan delivered a lecture on diagnosing types of organisms and microbes and their impact on food products. The lecture reviewed a statement of the diagnosis of fine particles such as bacteria that interact with some environmental components and nutrients that affect them, as well as merging between the study of fine particles and their impact on the environment and food, such as pollution, seasonal changes and changes that occur in an environmental place as a result of the presence of a microbiological defect that led to the effect on it. The lecture concluded that the primary role of specialists in the field of microbiology and food industries is to provide mechanisms and methods that work to ensure the health and safety of food products before distribution to consumers, especially by applying scientific methods to detect microbes and contaminants that may be present in the foods.
