A master’s dissertation was discussed in the College of Agriculture, University of Al-Muthanna on the effect of foliar spraying with amino acids and the fractionation of nitrogen fertilizer on yield and quality of bread in some varieties of fine wheat by the postgraduate student, Mr. Sattar Jabbar Abdul Kareem. The dissertation aimed at identifying the varieties of wheat that respond to the foliar spray of amino acids and copper and their reflection on their bakery qualities and the quality of flour. The dissertation reviewed the spraying agent most influencing the grain yield, bread quality and evaluation of the mechanism by which the quality of protein and mauve characteristics that were developed in the studied varieties via the used treatments in the study. The dissertation recommended cultivating the Aba’a 99, as it excelled in most of the specific traits as well as adding amino acids in the phase of elongation.
