A master’s dissertation was discussed in the College of Science, University of Anbar on the structure and characterization of thin films (Cu2CdSnS4) by the postgraduate student, Mrs. Shaima Khashi Abdo. The dissertation aimed at preparing thin films of the quaternary Nano-composite Cu2CdSnS4 with different concentrations of copper on substrates of glass and silicon. The dissertation reviewed the effect of increasing the copper concentration on these prepared films via studying the structural, morphological and optical properties of the prepared films and examining the best samples with high sensitivity properties when exposed to CO2 and NH3.
