During a meeting of the Special Committee of the 100 Scholarships of the Rare Specialties, Higher Education reviewed the rare specialties and qualifications of the candidates of the 100 scholarships, Ministry’s Deputy for Scientific Research Affairs, Dr. Foud Qassim Mohammed said.
Dr. Mohammed added that the meeting included reviewing the rare specialties of the candidate students, interviewing them to highlight their scientific potential and their skills to be compared with their personal qualifications.
Dr. Mohammed mentioned that the Ministry is keen on implementing all the academic criteria in achieving the positive contributions in building of the new Iraq.
It is worth mentioning that the meeting is one of the steps to sober the ingredients the educational process in Iraq.
