His Excellency, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Haider Bahaa Al-Hasani met the Chairman of the Federal Public Service Council, Dr. Hussein Abbas Al-Jubouri, who extended his congratulations on the Minister assuming his new role.
