College of Law, University of Babylon designed software to implement a smart college system, Dean of the College, Dr. Abd Al-Rasol Abd Al-Ridha said.
Dr. Abd Al-Ridha added that the software included designing an e-document system in order to arrange and manage the incoming and outgoing documents and documenting the attachments of each document as well as reviewing and printing the reports of each document.
Dr. Abd Al-Ridha also reviewed that the electronic system is considered a precedent for the advancement of the educational process and facilitate the transferring data and information faster than traditional methods as well as gathering all what the students need such as books, lectures and topics.
Dr. Abd Al-Ridha reviewed that the college will provide a main server which is affiliated by the sub-examination committees and the Registration Department in the college as well as determining limits of users and feeding the database with the names of students and their information from the Registration Department.
