His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Dr. Haider Bahaa Al-Hasani met with several university presidents who offered their congratulations on his appointment to the position.

His Excellency emphasized enabling these institutions to fulfill their academic and scientific missions while adhering to institutional standards and academic rigor, thereby strengthening their standing within the higher education and scientific research system.

Prof. Dr. Haider Bahaa Al-Hasani stressed the necessity of developing academic programs and specializations, improving the quality of educational and research outcomes, and ensuring they align with national development priorities and the needs of the labor market.

It is significant to mention that the well-wishers included the presidents of Mustansiriyah University, the Middle Technical University, the University of Tikrit, Ibn Sina University for Medical and Pharmaceutical Sciences, and Al-Karkh University for Sciences and in the presence of the Deputy Minister for Scientific Research Affairs, Prof. Dr. Haider Abd Dhahad.
