A study in the College of Dentistry, University of Babylon reviewed effectiveness of Lidocain spray in preventing laryngospasm.
The study also reviewed the effectiveness of Lidocain spray in reducing laryngospasm which is caused by the complications of surgical airway.
The study concluded that the Lidocain spray affects tissues anesthetizing, provides more doses of anesthesia, and prevents laryngospasm during the surgery of lifting polyps and removing foreign objects from the respiratory airway.
