In cooperation with Ministry of Agriculture, College of Agriculture, University of Kirkuk organized a training course on developing the olive groves.
The course, in which a number of specialized staffs participated, reviewed types of olives, its types and pests and conducting pruning, vaccination and reaping fruits.
The course recommended developing oil production for its economically, industrially, medically and socially importance.
