During World Summit for Peace in Seoul, South Korean, University of Diyala signed a letter of cooperation with the Heavenly Culture, World Peace and Restoration of Light Organization (HWPL) to contribute in promulgation of international peace law, President of the University, Dr. Abas Fadhil Al-Dulaimi said.
Dr. Al-Dulaimi added that the signing of letter is to contribute in forming the international peace law and in line with international quality standards in the interaction of the university with the community.
