Center of Forensic DNA for Research and Training, University of Al-Nahrain held a training course on Gene expression by the faculty members, Dr. Rasha Sadeq and Dr. Majeed Irshaid Sabah. The course reviewed the mechanism of converting DNA into CDNA, how to choose the appropriate primer for the purpose of Gene expression and how to enter and diagnose samples in the Real Time PCRJ device. The course highlighted the basic principles of Real Time PCR technology and statistical analyzes of QPCR data.
