Center for Development and Continuing Education, University of Basrah organized an online workshop on the basics of Total Quality Management. The online workshop aimed at instilling the concepts of total quality management to achieve better results and performance. The online workshop reviewed quality management, customer focus, excellent human resource management, continuous improvement and development and change management. The workshop recommended the necessity of training and qualifying the functional staff via modern means.
