Higher Education announced on 15 Fellowships to obtain Masters and Ph.D. Degrees, Director of Relations and Media and Spokesman, Dr. Haider M. J Al-Aboudi said.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that the Turkish University of Kastamonu granted Iraq 15 fellowships were divided into 5 seats for Ph.D. in the fields of Landscape Architecture, Science Education for Elementary Schools, Genetic and Bioengineering, Material Science and Engineering and Biomedical Engineering were available for the scholars of (Information Technology, Karkh for Science, Ibn Sina Medical, Basra of Oil and Gas, Sumer, Dhi Qar, Jaber Ibn Hayyan Medical Sciences, Al-Qasim Green, Samara, Wasit, Fallujah, Muthanna, Misan and Qadisiyah Universitie).
Dr. Al-Aboudi said that the 10 seats were allocated for non-employees to obtain Master's Degree in the fields of Landscape Architecture, Science Education for Elementary Schools, Genetic and Bioengineering, Material Science and Engineering, Material Science and Nanotechnology Engineering and Biomedical Engineering.
Dr. Al-Aboudi reviewed that the submission will be via the Department of Scholarships and Cultural Relations website (scrdgate.scrdiraq.gov.iq) and the submission should not be after 23/9 / 2017.
Dr. Al-Aboudi continued by saying that the applicant should not to be submitted to any postgraduate studies inside Iraq, should have one year employment after hisher last graduation certificate according to the regulation No. 518 of 1986 supported with an affiliation letter from the workplace and should meets the conditions of the host country.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that the applicant should have a letter of nomination includes the name of the candidate, graduation score, job title, date of births, scientific title for the master's degree, verification of employment besides bachelor’s certificate should be translated and certified and a master's thesis papers for a PhD thesis project, as well as three recommendations from well-known faculty members in the same specialty in English language
