Higher Education announced on Russian fellowships in different specialties for the academic year 2107-2018, Director of Relations and Media and Spokesman, Dr. Haider M. J Al-Aboudi said.
Dr. Al-Aboudi added that the Russian Federal Government granted fellowships to the members of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (4685).
Dr. Al-Aboudi called on staffs of all Ministries, universities the two bodies, as well as non-employees to submit via the website (en/russia.study).
