College of Medicine, University of Al-Mustansiriyah organized a workshop on laparoscopic uterine surgery.
The workshop, in which a number of students and faculty members participated, included delivering two lectures, the first was on the most important gynecological diseases, obstetrics and infertility and the second was on modern equipment and materials used in treating severe uterine bleeding, complications of laparoscopic uterine surgery and the role of medical sonar and MRI in detecting uterine diseases.
The workshop reviewed methods and mechanisms that contribute in removing of uterine barrier and laparoscopic uterine surgery.
