College of Industrial Management of Oil and Gas, Basrah University for Oil and Gas organized an online workshop on a plan for optimal employment of the manpower in Iraq by Dr. Ali Khalaf. The online workshop reviewed the mechanism of developing global economies and the importance of training graduates to manage the oil sector. The online workshop aimed at helping students to understand the Iraqi labor market, its challenges, the global labor market and its available opportunities, providing students with the latest required skills in the market and the possibility of gaining more necessary skills.
