Basra University for Oil and Gas organized a training course on human resources management in oil institutions.
The course, in which a number of researchers and specialists participated, reviewed principles and concepts of modern management, human resources and its responsibilities towards institutional work in oil institutions.
The course also reviewed the most important methods of managing energy sector as an important source of budgets and incomes for many countries, especially in Iraq as the largest oil producing country.
The course recommended heightening the circumstances which accompany oil institutions work in light of work management and improving the performance of oil facilities.
