Southern Technical University organized a workshop on mechanisms of linking the university graduates system to the requirements of the labor market and setting an interlock strategy between the qualifications of universities and the needs of the labor market, President of the University, Dr. Modhafar Sadiq Al-Zohairi said.

Dr. Al-Zohairi added that the workshop, in which the Head of the Federation of American Universities attended, reviewed the importance of highlighting the requirements of the labor market in line with the graduates of the university in the technical and administrative specialties.

Dr. Al-Zohairi continued by saying that that the workshop aimed at activating the work towards developing a new strategy to interlock between the universities graduates and the needs of the labor market.

Dr. Al-Zohairi also reviewed that the workshop called on updating curricula and keeping pace with the latest scientific developments to produce qualified graduates to meet the needs of labor market.
