During a meeting with the Ambassador of the State of Palestine to Iraq, Dr. Ahmed Badr Akl, His Excellency, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Nabeel Kadim Abid Al-Sahib reviewed horizons for scientific and cultural cooperation between the two countries. Dr. Abid Al-Sahib reviewed the Iraqi Higher Education institutions’ readiness on formulating methods of understanding within joint academic programs, providing scholarships to the Palestinian side in the Iraqi universities and developing cooperation between university institutions in the two countries. For his part, Dr. Akl appreciated the Iraqi Higher Education and its institutions’ efforts for enhancing the stands of supporting and cooperation at the educational and cultural levels.
