Jabir Ibn Hayyan Medical University organized a symposium on the Expanded Program for Immunization against Coronavirus by the Director of the Health of Najaf and a member of the Crisis Cell, Dr. Abdul-Wahab Al-Tahan. The symposium aimed at enhancing the health awareness of the community and urging them to take the vaccine to prevent the new strain of Corona virus. The symposium reviewed the immune system of the human body, as well as the concept of community immunity and effective health methods to control the epidemic and limit its spread. The symposium recommended the necessity of spreading a health culture among members of society and motivating them to take the vaccine to reduce the spread of the epidemic.
