University of Karbala organized a workshop on modern software of e-government.
The workshop, in which a number of specialists participated, aimed at reducing hardcopies use in order to facilitate process with citizens and achieve goals of e-government.
The workshop reviewed software mechanisms for the employees in the field of citizen service, methods of exchanging documents among the departments of citizens’ affairs in the university, practical application of modern software, following-up the process of documents, archiving of the documents and following up process of the documents and requests with the concerned bodies.
The workshop recommended providing different methods of receiving requests and addressing issues besides providing the solutions.
