College of Law, University of Misan held a symposium on the legal and legitimate confrontation of domestic violence. The symposium reviewed the criminal confrontation to domestic violence according to the Law on Protection from Domestic Violence and Bullying. The symposium demonstrated the civil confrontation of domestic violence, represented by the right of the victim to compensation based on civil law that raise contractual and default civil liability as a result of coercion of a family member to contract or as a result of a harmful act that one of them may be exposed to.
