Department of Qualification, Employment and Follow-up, University of Thi-Qar held a workshop on acquiring technical and administrative skills in the field of training. The workshop reviewed the principles of training, their importance, objectives, specifications of a successful trainer and training needs. The workshop highlighted the concept and components of effective communication processes, training models and methods and tools, as well as requirements before, during and after the training process.
