A Ph.D. thesis was discussed in the Higher Institute for Infertility Diagnosis and Assisted Reproduction Technologies, University of Al-Nahrain on the evaluation of ovaries maturation, fertilization rate and the quality of embryos in the process of extracorporeal maturation of sexual vesicles obtained from ICSI by the postgraduate student, Mr. Muhammad Hassan Shaaban. The thesis reviewed the viability and development of the sexual vesicles that are produced by accident during IVF operations by studying the rate of maturity, the rate of fertilization, the development of embryos and the effect of various agricultural circles on the maturation process. The thesis demonstrated that the process of ovaries maturation outside the body is considered one of the promising processes in assisted reproduction technologies that may be future alternatives for IVF operations and depends on the ability of ovaries that are in the stage of sexual vesicles to acquire their ability to develop and mature outside the body to form fully mature ovaries capable of Fertilization.
