College of Engineering, University of Al-Qadisiyah held a training course on maintaining internal combustion engines and early detection of engine faults. The course reviewed engine parts, investigate engine malfunctions, traditional and modern maintenance methods, as well as maintaining the good performance of engines and using them as effectively as possible. The course highlighted the concept and methods of traditional and modern maintenance and its objectives, as well as devices for examining and operating modern faults and methods of using them. The course recommended choosing the appropriate place to inspect the vehicle, accurately selecting the required tools and devices and encouraging engine maintenance by modern methods, as more accurate, especially with the possibility of re-examination more than once to ensure the malfunction.
